My journey began in the hospitality business about 36 years ago, right from the beginning cooking had been my passion. I was working in India for 10 years before I moved to Estonia in 1991, as a chef at a restaurant at Raekoja plats. I worked there for about 8 years and then was working at different places in Estonia. Then in 2006 I thought of opening my restaurant with some good idea’s in mind. I had seen many places in Tallinn but just couldn’t find the right place. After looking through a lot of locations finally came across Bremen Kaik 1 and at that moment I knew this was it.
